RE: COVID-19 Case Alert

The Penns Manor Area School District has been notified by a parent of an elementary school student, a parent of a high school student and the PA D.O.H. that an elementary school student and a high school student have tested positive for COVID-19.

The Penns Manor Area School District has worked with the Pennsylvania Department of Health to identify and communicate with others in our school community who were in contact, as defined by the D.O.H., with our students. Our high school student was last in school on Monday, January 3, 2022. Our elementary student has not been in school since December 23, 2021. We wish our students a speedy recovery.  

All members of our school community are encouraged to continue monitoring for the symptoms of COVID-19 and communicate any concerns with your health care professional and school nurse.
